If you stay less than a semester, it is 80-100 RMB per night per room for students.
Off-campus housing is now fairly abundant in the vicinity of the campus. Unfurnished rental apartments of about 100 square meters generally run about RMB 1,200-1500 (US$200) per month. There is now a considerable range of price and size options. Furnished or partially furnished apartments can also be found.
All off-campus housing arrangements must be reported to and registered at the local Chang Yan Bu Police Station situated north of the Metro supermarket.
